Adelianos Campos - Rethymnon - Crete - Greece   The REMEMBER is one of those places where one can waste a whole day. For example if the sea is too rough to have a swim, or if all serviceable cars are already rented, or if one is just not in the mood for any activities. By the western entrance to the village of  Adelianos Campos one can sit and relax most comfortably on the large terrace in front of the REMEMBER.     All kinds of catering are provided as well as leisure pursuit - in case that just to relax and watch the people passing by should become too boaring.     It is a must to get acquainted with the host as then one will immediately understand what the emphasis of REMEMBER is. Ilias is Dutch and his menu is for sure one of the most complete on the island. Of course he serves classic Greek dishes, too, but mainly Dutch food. Or at least what he means by Dutch food: This ranges from matie fillet to Chateau Briand and all is of highest quality.     The huge pizza oven fired with wood is one more of these typically Dutch things. And the pizza they make is so good that Ilias himself eats it as well. A well equipped bar makes the offer complete. So as breakfast already is expressively Dutch, one must not get asthonished why slimming down during this year's holidays stay again did not work out.     Whoever likes to have some activities can use one of the both Internet workstations or experience the secrets of the Greek board game named Tavli.     For important events, there furthermore is a large screen TV with satellite connection. Last but not least - it is not necessary at all to spend the whole day on the terrace sitting under the shady palm trees and large umbrellas where the wind from the sea provides cooling.
